Luca – A family searching for new possibilities

As part of the audiovisual documentation developed by Kobler for Neorgana®, we recorded Luca’s story through a conversation with his parents, complemented by moments from his experience at the clinic. The piece focuses on the family’s journey, from the questions and circumstances that led them to search for new alternatives to their decision to learn more about the options available through Neorgana®.

Throughout the interview, Luca’s parents share their perspective on the process, the factors they considered before moving forward, and the expectations they had as a family. They also describe changes they have personally observed over the months following his care, allowing the story to remain grounded in their own experience and perception rather than presenting those observations as clinical conclusions.

The audiovisual narrative combines the parents’ testimony with scenes of Luca interacting, playing and participating in activities, creating a more intimate portrait of the patient beyond the treatment itself. These moments help connect the family’s words with Luca’s personality and everyday behavior, giving the piece a warmer and more human dimension.

At Kobler, we worked on the interview production, audiovisual recording, narrative structure, selection of key moments, editing, subtitling and adaptation to vertical format. The objective was to transform an extensive family conversation into a clear and emotionally accessible story designed for digital platforms while preserving the natural tone of their testimony.

The result is a patient-experience piece that expands Neorgana®’s audiovisual documentation through the perspective of an entire family, showing not only their decision-making process, but also the expectations, observations and personal experiences that accompany their journey with Luca.
